π Position: Senior Media Buyer (Performance Marketing)
Weβre seeking a results-driven Senior Media Buyer to take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy, execution, and optimization. As a core member of the performance marketing team, youβll work closely with creative, funnel, and tech teams to scale advertising spend efficiently, hitting ambitious growth targets.
π― Key Responsibilities:
β’ Plan, launch, and optimize ROI-focused campaigns across paid advertising channels.
β’ Manage significant daily budgets ($10K+/day) while meeting strict ROAS and KPI goals.
β’ Collaborate with creative teams to produce and test new ad creatives regularly.
β’ Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and placements to improve performance.
β’ Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and address scaling challenges.
β’ Monitor campaign metrics closely β including during off-hours if necessary β to ensure consistent results.
β’ Produce clear performance reports with insights and action points.
β’ Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
π₯ Requirements:
β’ 3β5 years of proven experience managing paid social campaigns with strong results.
β’ Hands-on experience with direct response video creatives and full-funnel marketing.
β’ Proven track record managing large budgets ($1M+ monthly preferred).
β’ Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
β’ Skilled in Meta and Google Ads; multi-platform experience (TikTok, Snap, Pinterest) is a plus.
β’ Solid understanding of attribution models, LTV, and cohort analysis.
β’ Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
